JOB profile: Performing RF Drive Test using tool Nemo Outdoor, TEMS Investigation, Agilent and MapInfo & Mcom. Drive for Data observation and Analysis and providing suggestion regarding optimization. Carrying out coverage, and handover test using in Long call and Short call. Site audit, optimization, testing and troubleshooting. Performing RF Drive Test for benchmarking. Performing AT’s with vendor team and coordinating for urgent fault rectification. Troubleshooting of mute calls, cross-connection calls with directed test calls on particular CICs. Planning & RF survey of new sites.

Provide Engineering Support to sales/marketing team by responding to complaints.

Responsible for looking after customer complaints & resolution. Analysis of Drive Test logs for proper optimization, traffic utilization.
