Under contract to JPMorgan Chase (formerly Bear Stearns Securities Corp.), managed staff of five support technicians on a campus of four buildings, two remote sites, and an 800+ workstation Disaster Recovery Center.
Major responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate all pc hardware and phone moves involving staff techs, Bear Stearns network support group, and external electrical contractors in a static IP environment.
• Proactively support and maintain 800 seat Disaster Recovery Center by performing scheduled hardware and software upgrades, and resolving all issues arising from monthly stress tests.

• Coordinated with Server Operations to complete collapse of obsolete NT domain structure in Florham Park building. Identified obscure legacy pc’s and decommissioned or cut them over to Windows 2000 domain.
• Oversaw multiple aspects of Florham Park building closure including domain OU depopulation as business units left the building
