4 Project Estimator for the Millstone Power Plant, Waterford, CT. I developed the capital costs for 3 Natural Draft Cooling Towers with twenty thousand feet of PCCP pipe, Circ Water Pump houses, Intake Structures, Traveling Screens and electrical and I & C for Dominion Nuclear Power and the CTDEP. Project value 2 billion.

5 Project Estimator for the Northeast Grid T & D project for PSEG. Over fifty miles of transmission and 10 substation upgrades.

6 Project Estimator for the Department of Homeland Security projects for New York City. Develop hardening and security measure capital costs for the George Washington Bridge and Verrazano Projects.
