*Developed contract terms and conditions in support of new financial offerings designed to drive profit and portfolio value consistent with IBM business practices
*Provided ongoing support of the field marketing and operations personnel by providing negotiation support of terms and conditions for lease and purchase transactions.
*Wrote, after months of research, negotiations and education of all involved, the first Federal Government lease contract for IBM upon GSA's decision to migrate from purchase to lease of IT products.
*Developed the fee plan for compensation to encourage IBM Business partners to market IBM Credit financing to their customers.

*Management responsibility for all aspects of administration support and facilities for IBM marketing organizations in seven western states as well as the SF headquarters facility housing 1500 + employees representing many different IBM organizations.
*Developed and implemented a cost reduction program with an annual savings of $800K through implementation of an alternative employee commuter program.
*Reduced annual facility expense by approximately $4 million dollars through consolidation and relocation of various organizations in the geography.

*Member of the start-up management team of this marketing channels division formed via the consolidation of five independent operating units into one integrated business unit with 3,000 employees. Developed and implemented improved administration for all aspects of support of marketing and distribution for intermediate systems, PCs and related products, components, peripherals and technology.
*Results included major reduction in administrative workforce by 70%, improved efficiency and productivity, and slashed nation wide annual facilities operating costs by 20%.
