•Currently employed with M/s Larsen & Toubro- Electro Mech (July 2008 Till Date) as an Asst. Administrative Officer. Assigned with an overall responsibility of all non-Technical aspects of Project Management – Installation of R.O. Plant at Duqum (South Oman) Site. The broad outline of the duties being performed are:-

Service Provider to all departments for logistics of Project Execution

Monitor activities of Camp Boss (reporting to the undersigned)

Stores and material management (reporting to the undersigned)

Liaison with Muscat Head Office for H/R related matters.

Dealing with Government Agencies (Ministries) through Omani nationals.

Worked with M/s GALFAR ENGINEERING & CONTRACTION SAOG, (July 2007 to June 2008 ) as an Asst Administrative Supervisor

Project: Central Jail Sumail ( Sultanate of Oman )

Responsibilities Handled:

1) Camp, site administration & time office independently in absence of administrative officer & camp in-charge since last six months.

2) Critical situation during cyclonic effect & shifting of camp to new location.

3) Omani, staff, workmen & sub-contractor in daily activities.

4) Co-ordinate with client/consultants for their vehicle, food & office stationary etc.

5) Arranging water as & when required for client, staff, camp & site office.

6) Allocation of vehicle for everyday activities.

7) Time keeping of staff, workmen, sub-contractor & Omani drivers.

8) Prepare monthly attendance. Manpower report & equipment report.
