• Retail Packaging: Developed retail package design for multiple skin care product lines, including designing and writing package and instruction content, layout of English, French and Spanish content, and developing product names. Established and maintained budgets, project plans, schedules and marketing campaign requirements.

• Corporate Branding: Increased brand strength, including online web presence, by developing and implementing visual guidelines for internal and external creative staff.

Consultant, Scotia Plaza

• WIFI Campaign: Planned and executed integrated campaign communicating the introduction of WIFI to tenants.

• Tenant Welcome Package: Developed informational package for new tenants, including identifying key content, conceptualizing, writing, designing and printing.

• External IM/IT Newsletter: Created professional newsletter template for the department. Trained staff to ensure the original concept and design is maintained.

• Business Development: Developed an effective communications strategy and marketing plan in collaboration with the founding partners for business development; augmented communication channels, including effective utilization of social media tools, press kits and seminars, utilizing diverse yet focused media for different client groups; designed and developed bilingual website, developed print materials and signage capitalizing on favourable press and solicitor interviews.
