As my resume indicates, I have roughly fifteen (15) years of professional experience in an administrative capacity. I have worked as an assistant to either a department, single individual or multiple individuals in separate departments. • Placed by a temporary staffing agency to work in production department documenting, routing and issuing MWI’s, March through May of 2008. Hired on as a full time employee at ATK in May.

• Provided support for nine program managers and performed various tasks for managers and employees.

• Maintained the program manager’s calendars, expense reports, arranging meetings and answered and directed telephone calls and other requests.

• Worked on various reports and proposals needed within the programs. Ensured all correspondence was accurate, complete, and properly handled.
