INTRODUCTION
I have worked as Remodel / New store setup and marketing merchandiser in retail starting PT 1999 and FT in 2003, and have traveled extensively throughout the US. The following is a brief description of work performed. A remodel or reset is the removal of all or part of the products and displays. Then removing discontinued items, and building or rebuilding displays. This process is then finished by placing both product, and display by a category blueprint called Plan-O-Grams (POG). Marketing in retail stores entail all aspects of the physical appearance of product and or displays without resetting. This could be something as small as replacing a label to repackaging the product in new packages. New Store Set entails use of floor plan blueprint to set shelving and or racking units, then setting product and POP (point of purchase) to POG. This would include all steps for the product to be displayed for the customers’ shopping convenience.
Above also has included downloading and printing both location and detailed instructions of upcoming jobs. At the completion of all jobs computer reporting along with pictures were submitted in this aspect of the job I have had extensive training on computer usage of office programs and web usage. Most jobs required hiring crewmembers to help complete the task.

I have ten years experience, prior to retail merchandising as a machine operator and have been licensed to drive material handling vehicles both in factory and retail settings. I am efficient in organization, communication skills, and problem solving and have a working knowledge of computer operations for office and factory use.
