• Achieved a zero non-conformance rate (ISO/TS16949, Delphi Quality Systems, and internal controls) for 4 consecutive years at an engineering facility with 900 employees.

Process Improvements

• Decreased site consolidation transfer times from 6 weeks to 2 weeks by deploying a sharepoint based IT system.

• Improved budget reporting information cycle time from 3 weeks to 3 days by leveraging a web-based IT solution to automate the process.

• Enhanced the efficiency of resident check-in, resident exit, and internal transfer processes at engineering facilities throughout North America.
