Beutler Corporation, McClellan, CA Director of Plant Operations (2005 – present)

Plan, direct and streamline all functions of Manufacturing, Warehousing and Shipping, Material Management, Order Services, Fleet Services, and Engineering departments consisted of 292 personnel for corporate plant and three satellite facilities. Profit and Loss statement accountability for plant operations with a total sales volume of $195M. Build and lead a 10-manager team; establish objectives (revenue, expense, and quality of service); and liaise with multiple departments. Lead corporate cost reduction initiative resulting from a merger between Air Design Corporation and Beutler Corporation. Mandate involves eliminating redundant systems/operations/staff.
