Position: Senior Construction Project Engineer at National Construction Management firm
He was responsible for overseeing $20-$45 million worth of Contact scopes and was the main point of contact for all Sub-Contractor Project Managers. His focus on this project from the outset was interpretation and clear crew direction of the complex structural components. Upon completion of this phase, his focus shifted to the building envelope where he assumed the role of liaison between the Architect and the Superintendents. He ensured the design intent was met while improving the efficiency of the means and methods applied by each overlapping trade.
