Starting in May of 2011, I accepted the Chaplain job and this entailed visiting patients in

visiting them on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. Praying with them, visiting with them,
listening to them and helping them understand what was happening to them at this time
of their lives. Administering Communion to the patients if need and consoling the
families at Bereavement. Conducting Funerals and grave side services whenever
requested. Continued to assist with AP/AR in the Austin office and handling the IT

Responsibilities include Managing the parish office. Creating weekly bulletin using
MS Publisher, Creating and maintaining MS Excel Spreadsheets, MS Word files and
letters for the pastor as well as all the normal processes for the running of the parish
office. Supporting daily running of the rectory (office) with responding to phone call and
