As the Director of Marketing I created products and coordinated sales/ advertising efforts to facilitate the company’s transition from two-channel audio to home theater products and from retail store based sales to custom installation operations .

• Developed entry level cable line anticipating a potentially growing niche. This "ConX" line generated 35% of overall sales less than five years from its introduction.
