Always keep in contact with the title company and the borrower if it is a purchase loan
Follow up with the realtor.
Handle a lot of phone calls with follow up’s and dealing with the underwriter at the lender to get the loan final approved and ready to close.
A lot of the underwriters/lenders we work with is Online so there is computer work when you are processing a LOAN for Ref or Purchase.
