Line 2 Quality Assurance Group/ Weld Department (2006-Present)

Responsibilities: Maintain operation flow in weld QCDMSE, control out flow upstream and downstream issue containment procedure, Establish lines of communication inside and outside of the dept. (PMQ development), Spec. equipment and supply, Support operation Standards development, Equipment installation support, parts handling confirmation for Quality Maturation, parts handling confirmation tracking sheet, equipment pm check ,flushness and gaps check, problem solving countermeasure, IPP & IPC follow-up, Enter information into the PRS system, Problem Summary Reports, Body Analyze fixture check also determine root cause implement temporary & permanent counter measures to improve RPU,SS,IQS score Communication with Quality members TC's, TM's , PSG, PQ, PMC Delivery, VQ and process associate's. Ensure all Defects are repaired and sign off. Support New Model Development by resolving complex problems for build event and model change points.

New Model Project Leader/Weld Department Line 1&2 (2003-2006)

Overseeing major projects with contractors and department quality groups, equipment insulation; catiav4 drawing: parts inventory, verify actual parts versus blueprint design layout to determine mismatch or interference, part handling, equipment part fit, parts quality check, robot teaching, destructs, white body weld maps, weld ability, parts handling confirmation, new operation standards: process lay-outs associate training, new equipment training & operating standards documentation, Lead & coordinate counter measure meetings and work with others, UM-try build in Ohio testing/problem analysis.

Line 1 B-Zone Associate Trainer/ Weld Department (2000-2003)

As a trainer, It is expected and required that I guarantee the trainee's work including making sure documentations is correct. Process associate includes 18 processes such as operation standards, tools, check sheets, parts and handling confirmation service such as: weld department Line 1&2 robot identification, Key Quality Points, white body destruct, weld maps, safety, quality, cost, delivery, morale, picture illustration, zone layouts, and meeting production requirement, ISO 9000-9001.
