PROFILE:
I have 3 years experience in call center work All of witch were tech support, 2 years for an ISP and one for Blizzard entertainment. I have used Many programs such as moon base, vantive, sonda, WOWGM word, Windows 95-xp, Outlook, Outlook express, Blue Pumpkin, putty, Midus, Mozilla, and Internet Explorer.
