Design, create budgets, implement and oversee projects for mandated improvements for 9 buildings, the 14,000 seat Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum and surrounding parking lots. Supervise maintenance projects which involve electricians, plumbers, painters, welders, equipment service technicians and mechanics.

Oversee maintenance and during all events and shows, conventions, sporting events and concerts held at the Coliseum and fairgrounds.
