As a 14 year veteran of the residential Wholesale Mortgage Industry I have acquired the experience and knowledge required and sought after by the industries job recruiters. I began as a Residential Appraiser of which I completed over 400 appraisal reports in that period. I then went on to Residential mortgage Loan origination, where I found success for almost 7 years. I then turned my efforts to Flagstar Bank as a Senior Lending and Technical Analyst. Here I become proficient in mortgage compliance and Flagstars' procedures, programs and software applications.
