Role Change Management
My role was to support the PLM Business Program Manger team to perform an assessment of the high usability items identified by the business. This task was not related to defaults, but additional usability of the system. The task was to take the high usability items, perform and analysis of the impacts to implement. It also required gaining a full understanding of the request from the cross functional business team. If the request was deemed probable then the Functional Specification was authored and reviewed with the development team for estimating development time and other impacts it may have on the system.
The program is currently taking a break to fully assess readiness for Phase 2 of the project.
