Look over all bills, compare all shipping cost with what we charge customers and report weekly to the President for final approval and payment. Enter all payments and refunds from various credit cards in Quickbooks software for proper accounting, matching up payments with bills to vendors. There is much detail and attention required, many transactions. Also run weekly payroll for salary & time card employees and figure commission on sales for salesman. Know all payroll obligations, including all quarterly and year-end reports for Federal and State, W-2’s and 1099’s.
