Responsible for staffing Cobb/Douglas Community Service Board with healthcare providers. Staffing includes residential, day, and developmental disability programs. Follow established policy and procedures to interview and hire staff with appropriate credentials. Coordinate and schedule proper training classes for prospects that are under trained. Tract and insure that employees maintain current credentials and training by scheduling and following up with the employee to insure attendance for the training. Enter new employees’ skills and pay data in the Schedule and Time Keeping Computer Software Program. Responsible for completing E-verify and prepare documents to schedule new-hires for fingerprints. Administer and process drug screens for new employees. Communicate with client’s program supervisors to provide staffing that meets the special needs as they arise. Input timecard entries weekly and process employee payroll bi-weekly for seventy (70) employees. Receive employee payroll checks and document in employee’s electronic file whether it will be mailed or picked up. Bowling Center Game Room and Counter Manager

Responsible for game room and bowling center counter management for a 40 lane facility. Provide guests with prompt, efficient, and courteous service in the game room. Serves as facility manager during the absence of the bowling center manager.
