Recruited to help GAP Supply expand and upgrade their business with responsibility for sales, distribution and operations for the Portland Metro District.
Designed and supervised the remodel of the Vancouver. WA branch while maintaining high customer service levels.
Designed and managed all aspects of the development of a new 80,000 sq. foot distribution center, sales branch and corporate headquarters in Tigard. Directed a team in executing a strategy for obtaining permits, contracts, planning, architecture, racking, development and set up.
Restructured payroll, established new procedures and policies, strengthened operational controls and increased profitability by over 15% while developing employees to assume increased responsibility.
