• Reduced Sprint access charges through implementation of access plans, involving circuit migrations, installations and disconnects.

Managed a team of up to 13 technical project managers responsible for the administration of the Special Customer Arrangement (SCA) process, which Sprint account teams use to request non-standard applications of Sprint products, both wireline and wireless.
• Reduced SCA process cycle time from 12 to five business days and volume by 50%, resulting in cost reduction and earlier booking of revenue. Managed through organizational change and work force reductions without impacting process effectiveness.
• Developed and implemented wireline strategy exception process to allow executive review of client product requests not in line with corporate direction, resulting in proper allocation of limited resources.
• Managed cross-functional team responsible for implementing process to ensure Sprint’s clients were made aware of SCA incremental charges, resulting in greater customer satisfaction, fewer billing disputes, and increased revenue.
• Maintained and enhanced corporate database used for process work flow administration. Managed $1M annual budget for maintenance and enhancements. Transitioned development support to offshore outsourcer as part of cost reduction project.
• Co-authored working level agreement for two processes as part of Network outsourcing project to ensure all process steps between Sales and Network were clearly documented.
