• Established Concrete Mix Designs
• Welder testing and qualification per Sect IX or governing code
• Direct repair, testing, documentation and inspections of ASME Sect VIII Vessels, ASME Sect I, B31.3 and B31.1 weld inspections and documentation. API 650 and API 620 Tanks.
• Initiate Pipe and vessel Integrity Programs through scheduled UT or various NDE examinations and testing
• Assist Field and Support Teams in NCR tracking and quick resolutions.

Coordinated Time and Material Hard Dollar Contracts to assure all material, personnel, equipment, demolitions, replacements, repairs, and installations were per the contract, jurisdictional codes, specifications and drawings. Coordinated all Contractors and Sub-contractors and worked closely with each to assure their needs were met in order to complete job assignments within schedule and within budget. Contractors replaced and/or installed new inline Hand Valves and Actuated Operated Valves up to 24”. Installed electrical conduit and cable.
