Handling settlement of trades in Dubai Financial Market (DFM), Abu Dhabi Exchange (ADX) & NASDAQ Dubai.
Overseeing movement of stock between Trading and Registry on ADX & DFM terminal.
Undertaking verification of trades (Swift instructions like MT541, MT543, MT599 etc.) to ensure timely settlements of trades before the market cut-offs.
Liaising with the clients to provide accurate and timely instructions.
Acting as an interface between client and the local broker.
Making an active involvement in increasing the Step Rate Analysis to reduce manual intervention and have a risk free process.
Updating the SOP’s on a regular basis.

Handling a team of 27 Processors (24 Team Members & 3 Team Leaders) including 14 sub processes related to the processing of the reject trades falling in the US market.
Spearheading efforts for the timely and accurate processing of the reject trades falling in the system for the U.S.A market.
Managing migration of new processes (Derivatives, Directive Tracking, etc.) into NATO Domestic Team from JPMorgan Chase offices globally.
