My multi-business experience has led to correcting
turnover, increasing thin margins and dealing with
a fickle public. I have
improved performance, profitability and attendance
in the education industry, having been promoted to
President after only five years.
My ability to drive sales, oversee facilities
management and build-outs, develop personnel and
lead program compliance and accreditation is a
matter of record.
- Managing all business operations of multi-
sites
- Hiring and training key staff members
- Researching and establishing new programs
- Developing and managing facility improvements
My experience is supported by an Executive MBA from
the Colorado Technical University and a BS in
Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
Additionally, I hold a Change Management
Certification from the Colorado Technical
University. I am known as a hands-on, high achiever
who is action oriented.
