My responsibilities were; Spoke with other salon managers weekly via email or phone about numbers, sales marketing, etc. Raised Spa Package numbers from 130 a week/district to 241 a week/district in 2 months. Created display material and mailed them to each salon in the district. Became a test salon for a variety of new items (ex. Spa spritz, email reminders, and book next appointment)

Groomed 100 dogs, without commission, before submitting my technical for certification.

Certified 1 month ahead of my other classmates.

My portfolio was not returned for 6 months after because the area Academy Trainer used it as an example for all other classes.
