• Selected to work on a project on nano-composite membranes at Midland, Michigan (June to Nov. 2008)

2) Worked as R&D Manager, in Wastewater Treatments, ETP, STP etc. using membrane bioreactors, electrocoagulation, Ozonation and CAACO (2006-2007).

• Worked on development of hollow fiber membranes for membrane bioreactor applications in domestic and industrial wastewater treatment.

• Expertise in all synthetic polymerization reactions esp. polymeric surface modifications.
