Responsible for the contract administration, sourcing and negotiation for the Millennium Tanker. Total contract value 7 million per vessel.

Duties: Managed the Gulfport Mississippi Vessel Support Operations for Ocean Services including crewing, logistics support and all regulatory requirements for all fleet vessels (over 500 gross tons).
Successfully administered the construction of wharf area and ship access areas to expedite the load and unload of vessels. The total operating budget was in excess of 60 million dollars annually.
