Project Description This tool helps in submission of various types of Hardware Manufacturing requests and routing them for approval. Such hardwares used for testing or commercial purposes, are very expensive and therefore their manufacturing requires approval from executive management. Based on the type, quantity and reason for manufacturing, the request is routed through different approval chains. Approvers have the ability to approve, reject the request or they may choose to ask for more information from the submitter, all from within the tool. Approver also has the ability to assign a proxy. Submitter not only can submit the request but also provide additional information when asked for, from within the system. Approval notifications, Rejection notifications and reminder notifications to approvers help in faster approval of requests. Reports and Dashboards help in providing a graphical view of pending, approved and rejected requests over a period of time.
Another advantage is that the superusers of the system can themselves set the approvers for various types of requests and the system dynamically assigns those approvers to requests.

Project Description Admin Support System is a Force.com Email-2-Case Implementation to help the Admin team support various kinds of admin, payroll and timecard related requests from employees, submitted via emails. Such email requests are routed into Salesforce to create cases. Thus created cases are assigned to appropriate teams within the admin group. Two way communications between the support team and the employees happens from within Salesforce. The system provides the support team with the ability to categorize and report on various kinds of cases and analyse the trend. Workflow notifications and Escalation rules help the support team to effectively work the cases by avoiding any requests slip through the cracks. Reports and Dashboards help the management team to get a snapshot of various types of cases, analyse the trend and better manage their support resource time and provide an efficient support to the admin needs of their employees.
