Project Title: Call Sheet & List Builder

Team size : 02

Project term : 3 months

Description : The Enhanced Grid from the Capital Markets org will be simplified to a more generic use case applicable to a wider audience. We will be stripping out all the functions that are specific to Capital Markets and looking for more generic Contact / Lead use cases. Included with the Call Sheet product package will also be a List Builder Component.List Builder provide intermediate functionality for creating Call sheet member. It is accordion implemented Page.

Project Title : Salesforce – Zendesk VBrochure setup process

Team size : 02

Project term : 4 months

Description : The goal for this project is to lower the cost of VBrochure procurement through integration of SFDC and ZD, process improvement and subsequent facilitation of migration of the simplified procurement process to the overseas team.

The integration will allow the sharing of information between the two systems. The information of interest is particularly related to the Production Records (PR) for VBrochure setups and the SFDC Account. Creation of the ZD ticket needs to be automated and updates need to flow from Eloqua to Salesforce to Zendesk and Zendesk to Salesforce.

• Creation of a ZD Ticket via API that includes all data necessary for the process

• Inject user generated data from Eloqua in to the ZD ticket via Salesforce

• Updating of data from ZD to SFDC
