Customized facials that require skin analysis, exfoliation (manual and mechanical), electric machine therapy and massage treatments.
Provide esthetic services, including but not limited to facials, body waxing, body scrubs, body polish and back treatments.

Additional Professional Experience
Over 12 years of combined customer service / quality assurance experience with duties that included managing teams ranging from 5 to 15 people. Special emphasis was placed to ensure that there was overall customer satisfaction although this was a high stress environment.
Over 2 years of sales experience in a high volume retail store where I was sales lead (beauty advisor) in the skin care room. I was in charge of answering any questions that potential customers had regarding many of the lines that were carried, advising of the benefits of each line and closing the sale once I determined the customers need. In addition, I also attended training sessions to increase my knowledge of products that were being sold in the store.
