I have 20 years experience in mechanical maintenance, combo welding and supervising projects in sawmills and paper mills throughout the southeast. WORK HISTORY
November 6, 2011 to Present:

Working at Claude Howard Lumber in Statesboro GA.
Install new equipment for Log-Pro and Nicholson DeBarker.
Work with vendors to make sure everything is in working order before project ends.
August 2011 to November 1, 2011:
Boiler maker- Foster-Wheeler – LaPlace, Louisiana
Shutdown project for Little Gypsy Power Plant in LaPlace LA. Installed new boiler equipment.
May 2, 2011 to July 30, 2011:
Contract welder/Project consultant- AT&N Lumber Company - Thomasville GA.
Installed new equipment and updated existing equipment to increase production for pattern lumber.
June 28, 2010 to April 22, 2011:
Contract Welder/Mill Wright- Casey Industrial - Portland, OR
Work as a contract welder building a biomass power plant at the Savannah River nuclear site for the DOE in Jackson, S.C. My daily responsibilities include but are not limited to filling out job safety awareness forms every morning, discussing plans and tasks to be completed for that day, while making aware of hazards and preventions presented and reviewed with task leader before beginning the work day. Job duties include fabricating, welding, and mill-wright.
Dec 2005 to June 27,2010:
Maintenance Planner/Supervisor - Hood Industries - Metcalf, Ga. 31792
My duties included originating work orders; job planning; ordering necessary replacement parts; & scheduling using Guardian CMMS software. I was also responsible for job supervision on second shift with a fifteen man crew. I had to prioritize hot work orders with exiting plan, and report completions at end of shift. I was involved in technical training, hiring, progressive discipline, & termination. I was a key player in spare parts inventory and budget control. I dealt with vendors & coordinated contractor projects. I am very flexible doing whatever it takes to maintain the reliability of all mill machinery & equipment.

Built waste water treatment plants. Performing 100% x-ray with carbon and stainless pipe and plate. Proof Tested in both areas
