Recent position :

To manage and follow up efficiently the legal services of the law firm either with lawyers, clients directly or external lawyers.

Handling the court cases related to Insurance, unfair competition, infringements of the Trademarks and goods, Employment.

To conclude corporation agreements with external lawyers in all Arab countries and establish new offices when possible if it is feasible;

Providing the offices with full analysis concerning all IP and Commercial cases; the analysis process consists of the important legal information needed to support our cases & the legal principle related to each subject case.

Creating & built up a unique Legal Cases and Documentation System to manage all the cases in deferent countries.

Managing & Following up with the offices the deadline for filing Oppositions, Petitions before the court (First Instant & Appeal court or Board of Grievances & Ministry of Commerce and Trade).
