I hired, trained and supervised a staff of eight to twelve Facility Monitors. Worked closely with each Case Manager and notified them of any impending crises with their client, such as non-compliance with their program, obvious relapse of drug usage, violence, etc. Facilitated weekly staff meetings with all Client Monitors to ensure an awareness of the clients’ needs and/or concerns.
