OBJECTIVE

To obtain a position as an Administrative Assistant.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Provide filing, reception, and general office support. Process forms, requisitions and reports. Maintain the office library and its record-keeping systems. Provide administrative, modification tracking, maintain information concerning project staffing and resources, and provide program information upon request. Prepare correspondence on own initiative regarding administrative matters and general office policies for approval and prepares material needed for conferences, correspondence, meetings, etc. Provide lead administrative, modification, labor and submittal; organizes and maintains paper and electronic files; manages small projects; conducts research; and disseminates information by using the telephone, mail services, websites and email; possess operational knowledge of fax machines, photocopiers and scanners. Create spreadsheets, manage minor databases and create presentations, reports and possess knowledge in Microsoft Office 2007 software (specifically Excel and Access). Also handles location office supplies-ordering, inventory and distribution. Demonstrate good organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills when interfacing and coordinating with staff, management, and customer personnel. Interacts with other administrative support personnel to coordinate activities and other required tasks for internal and external customers. Works fairly independently, receiving a minimum of detailed supervision and guidance, and taking responsibility for completing certain programs/activities..
