I am a very goal oriented person that loves being around and dealing with the public. My greatest assets
are my communication and problem solving skills. I have patience and persistence with customers
because I relate well with them. I take pride in developing many life-long relationships with consumers
and like to believe I will go above and beyond the competitors in doing so. I am a very quick learner and
love the challenge of learning new skills and closing sales.
I have been in sales for fifteen years both in the Automotive Sales and Finance as well as owning my own
business. I have experience in almost every aspect of the automotive business. I have prospected for
customers, sold cars and back end products, structured deals, arranged financing with lenders, printed
Financial and Title Forms, maintained compliance, collected delinquent accounts, taken payments,
completed title work for the DMV, turned internet leads into sales and handled customer concerns and
complaints. This experience has served me well in my ability to produce high grosses and turn lots of
numbers.
I am looking to be in a management position either on the sales floor training sales people, in the finance
office, or the internet department. My career goals are to be in a position where I can use the skills that I
have obtained to grow a sales force which will in turn GROW SALES!
