Bob is one of those rare "level 5" leaders who can quickly focus and energize an organization to achieve stretch goals and objectives. He is a superb mentor. Bob has a brilliant operations mindset and will identify both cost cutting and performance improvement opportunities where others have been unable to do so. Bob's management skills and leadership will translate well too many different industries and organizations. As an assistant professor of management, I have used Bob as a model many times to my students.”
