● In-charge of steering timelines, planning, budgets, milestones and check-ins with multiple stakeholders including principal and sub-investigators, research coordinators, monitors, data management, the Clinical Events Committee and Medtronic executives
● Lead core team engagements and coordinate with other cross-functional groups to transfer study data from sites, forecast and monitor progress; internally with senior management and externally with agencies like the FDA and Health Canada

• Evaluated insurance reimbursements from Delta Dental to compare prevailing dental services payment trends. Proposed new price points by analysis of patient inflow and co-pay, supply versus demand and fees for treatment
• Assessed the inventory of dental materials and recommended cost saving strategies including alternative material utilization and use of the latest distribution technologies geared towards an optimal resource allocation during treatment procedures
• Established a list serve and presented reimbursement, market and business development strategies for HUHS aimed at improving supply by 30%. This was achieved through an exhaustive assessment of the health insurance operations at the hospital as well as the US health care payer system

Marketing Intern for Assistant Dean for Clinical Affairs
• Created a business development plan for the Harvard Dental Center to build a referral network of hospital, companies and schools in the Greater Boston area. This plan included a set of multi-tiered recommendations for the management, staff and a guidance plan for the nurses to facilitate the process
• Developed and published several online interactive slideshows to market the facilities and services offered by the Harvard Dental Center and presented a proposal to increase patient inflow with an efficient turnaround on treatment plans
• Presented weekly updates to the office of the Assistant Dean on the progress of the project for feedback and shared the plan on the successful completion the project

Research Volunteer
• Analyzed dental labor and skill set statistics including a supply vs. demand forecast of dental services for all underserved areas in the US by looking at the trends of dental diseases. Recommended a planned expansion program for more dental schools to support the demand in targeted rural areas by the year 2022
• Suggested policy changes and solutions to meet the increasing national demand. This involved assessing the challenges faced by newly graduated dentists and the reasons which determined their decision to choose dentistry as a career. The plan also described how the government could help overcome some of these challenges in order to meet the demand
