Company & location: Saipem Brasil / Vitoria / FPSO Atlantic Ocean
Crude oil and gas separation plant, 20000bbl/day crude oil export.
Plant is designed from several modules, like: Riser balcony – for oil & gas wells risers; Oil separation; Gas separation; Gas lifting compression unit (two Nuovo Pignione three stages turbine compressors trains); HP fuel gas system; LP fuel gas system with Flash gas compressor for LP gas recirculation; Glycol injection and regeneration unit for gas dehydration.
* My duty is to maintain the plant in normal and safe running as per design and client (Petro Brass) request. Prepare work permits and keep updated the PW system on board. Start up and shut down the plant as per procedure. Keep production superintendent informed regarding plant running and all daily activities in process area. etc

Position: Production Supervisor - Agbani FPF
Company & Location: Expro Nigeria Limited / Port Harcourt / River state.
Is a FPF unit, contain crude oil separation plant, 14000 bbl/day crude oil export. Three fazes separators, an electric coalescer, water injection package, 15 wells split on 2 separate platforms. Turbine Gas generators and diesel generators for power produce.
* My job here is to start up and shut down plant in safety condition and in conformity with standard start up and shut down procedures. To accomplish punch lists for shut down and plant maintenance. Hot; cold permits, isolation certificates and risk assessment must be done daily for different kind of jobs on board. Different reports and work procedure are in production supervisor daily task.

Position: DCS Operator Attahaddy Gas Plant
Company & Location: Sirte Oil Company Libya/Sirte Bay
* In this position I was responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all facilities within the Attahaddy Gas Plant including but not limited to gas treating, dehydration, fuel supply, refrigeration, liquid recovery, instruments and utility air system, N2 generation, water treatment and storage facilities, fire and gas control system, DCS system, emergency shut-down system. Commissioning the plant for client when this one to has been received the plant from constructor (Hyundai Heavy Industry).
This plant is capable to treat 350 MMSCFD of sour row high pressure gas with 2 trains, sales gas app. 270 MMSCFD with low CO2 content ( < 2 mol % ) and water content ( 4 lbs/MMSCFD ) and export condensate app. 31000 bpd with low water content ( < 0.02 vol % ) including 10 primary units along with utilities ( inlet manifolds & test separator, production separator, acid gas removal, MEG regenerator, dehydration, propane compressor, mercury removal, heating medium, amine, instrument/plant air system, fuel gas system/ flare system, fire and gas control system). All the dynamics equipments (booster pumps, charge pumps and propane compressor) were designed by Nuovo Pignone Italy. Need to keep close communication with other plants areas on problems affecting overall plant operations; maintaining two-way communications with the operators at all times during the shift. Ensuring communication equipment serviceability and reports any malfunctions. Monitoring and controlling the operation of the equipments in all the units. Checking lab results and data sheets and corrects as necessary. Doing maintenance work requests for minor and emergency plant equipment repairs and work permits for supervisory approval. Keep log book entries; describing maintenance needs and unusual operations for use of the next shift; Libyan operators training.
