Professional Experience:
Interpreter & Translator: From April 2009 – November 2011
I was working with the American Department of Defense to help the recent STT C co. 1-12 CAV in Basra as interpreter and translator from Arabic to English and vice verse and I have been granted the achievement Medal for Civilian Services 2011, Also I have a clearance level secret – DISCO up to 02/10/2019
Letters of recommendation and appreciation certificates and medallions have been granted to me from each Army Unite that I have been working with them during the last 2 years because of my great help and professionalism in the interpretation and translation that cause of complete their mission successfully.
Realtor: From November 2003 – 2009
In case of being the buyer agent, my job as a Realtor starts by convincing my clients to be initiative and start to change their life and invest their money to benefit in the short and long term by purchasing Real Estate property, then show them few properties and make the comparison to help them for choosing the right one suitable for their situation, thereafter, start the price negotiation to get the best deal for my client, then we complete all paper work necessary.
In case of being the seller agent, my job as a realtor to negotiate a contract with my client in order to give them best offer according to my service that will include all the advertising and searching the market to set up the selling price based on the fact of the market condition and the status of the property.
My job as a Loan Officer is to qualify my clients to get a loan approval based on their financial situation and search the market to find the best interest rate according to that situation, and then process the paper work to meet all lender conditions to grant the loan for my clients.

Few big companies were assigned to me as clients, I was in oral and writing communication with them to balance and update any changes in their weekly payroll in order to submit their balances to us electronically and filing their taxes dues in a timely matter and also work with them to resolve any variances during the Quarter-end and Year-end processing.
Prepare and attached the returns with payments according to the agency requirements during the Quarter-end processing and mail them timely.
In case of any inquiries for my clients, I should search the system and analyze all reasons possible and then call the agencies to resolve these inquiries.
