|This role was a part of the Delivery Excellence (DEx) team catering to the |
|projects under Financial Services Operating Group (OG) aligned to the Systems |
|Integration & Technology Growth Platform. |

|The focus areas involved the compliance tracking and status reporting for the |
|following initiatives: |
|Managed Delivery Implementation and Work Package tracking for which I retained|
|the score equal to 100% or above 97% for 6 months out of 9. |
|Formulated an Initiation Process for New Projects and implemented the same for|
|49 projects over a period of 6 months. This had a positive impact on process |
|compliance which showed an upward trend for Financial Services as compared to |
|the other Operating Groups. |
|Client Case Presentations submission tracking was kept at 100% regularly by |
|me. I also suggested that printing be stopped and this was cascaded across to |
|the other Operating Groups, resulting in Eco-Benefits and consumables usage |
|such as paper, cartridge, electricity, binders reduced significantly. |
|Client Team Satisfaction Survey process tracking was optimized by having the |
|documents stored at the internal team portal for the three verticals within it|
|i.e. Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance which served handy for trend |
|analysis at quarter end and annual reporting. |
|SME Reviews Status tracking was done by me and the Overflow containment was |
|successful for the Reviews in Jun-09, Jul-09, Aug-09 and Sep-09 and no |
|Report-Pending or Review-Pending statuses were visible on the last day of the |
|month. |
|Strategic Industrialization Program was added to my responsibilities |
|subsequently and 75% of the items were in green due to the close tracking that|
|I did. |
|Project Closure and Harvesting of Artifacts rose up significantly when I took |
|over this activity with the Compliance post October, as follows: Oct09 - 0%, |
|Nov09 - 17%. |
|Process Improvements: I had raised 25 Process Change Requests for the updates |
|of Quality Management System (QMS) out of which, 11 were successfully accepted|
|and closed, 4 were accepted and in progress, 5 were on hold, 2 were open, 3 |
|were not accepted. |
|Built a DEx Internal Report which resulted in operational improvements and |
|saved 200 hours across 3 resources, reduced headcount by 1 and benefits of |
|$4,616 each month. |
