Mr. Patrick Kennedy has over 20 years of experience in
Project Management, and Waste Management operations.
Mr. Kennedy has characterized, manifested, and prepared over 700 waste shipments including radiological, mixed waste, and TSCA- and RCRA-regulated shipments to both commercial and federal TSDFs. He has also counseled clientele on radioactive and hazardous waste volume reduction processes and disposal options. Mr. Kennedy has directed waste packaging and transportation operations during scheduled remediation and decommissioning activities at NPL sites. He has provided project management support for crews of forty to fifty operators, laborers, and professional staff for the safe and compliant remediation of EPA hazardous- and radiological-contaminated sites to include Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB’s) removal, Asbestos abatement, and equipment and structure demolition.
