• Handling consol box, send devanning instruction, arrange container pickup, confirm marking, arrange IT movement

• Arrangement of pickup and delivery for LCL & FCL, monitoring transport waiting time costs, per diem charges, bobtail cost……

• Issuing freight invoice, approving debit notes and credit notes

• Knowledge about air import shipments: contacting airline for arriving info, issuing arrival

• Knowledge about ocean export shipments: place booking, arrange door pickup, issue mb/l & hb/l
