Increased sales 140% in one year. Siemens Water Technologies annual sales were unacceptably low. Implemented program to build trust with end users, contractors and consulting engineers. Drove sales to record levels of $1M, in 24 months.

Seized opportunity to sell to manufacturing facility. For Siemens, discovered opportunity to replace water conditioning pretreatment for manufacturing client. Designed combination of standard and custom equipment to meet their needs. Beat out competitor. Realized $248K sale with 20% margin in six months.

Sold maintenance contracts leading to on-going revenues. Service contracts for Siemens laboratory water purification equipment were at low percentage of sales. Combined preventive maintenance proposal as option is sales proposal. Realized $6K in original sales and on-going revenues of $1800 to $3K annually each, for 90% of sales.

Corrected equipment flaw, leading to new sale. Pumping system in existing manufacturing plant was not designed properly by consulting firm. Researched pumping system for proper application and worked with vendors to custom build new system. Realized $85K sale with additional $15K sale for backup inventory for Siemens.

Awarded bid with increased customer service. Siemens customer was bidding out recurring service account. Met with purchasing and facilities dept. to request competitive bids. Presented annual renewable proposal with dedicated account manager. Awarded contract for annual revision, renewable options and $20K annual revenues.

Improved sales and revenues. Assumed branch manager position for failing retail water conditioning franchise. Developed employee trust, improving morale and brought all vendor accounts current. Became profitable in sixty days and brought gross sales to $750K year, increasing branch net worth by $40K in three years.
