Monitor remittance to ensure that funds have been properly remitted in accordance with the contract
Analyze and collect or adjust outstanding customer advices
Respond to a variety of agent inquires and provide assistance/implement solutions
Review multiple clearings for compliance issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven decision-making and problem solving skills
Ability to handle stress or conflict during telephone contact with agents and customers
Computer systems-Tandem, CIS, Edison
Central point of communication (Telephone, mail, email, etc)
Support Client Support Managers & Specialists
Enter invoices, updates, research missing information & maintain data integrity
Set-up & maintain department filing systems
Research, pull together system & status reports
Bank deposits
Well versed in various mailroom procedures & functions
Provide support for receptionists & main corporate switchboard
Willing to extend hours & effort to assure a job is well done
File reports-Suspicious Activity & Currency Transactions reports that are sent to the IRS
AED/CPR/First Aid qualified
