ODM Interface: `Online Document Management was a new application developed for non-direct material PO & reports maintenance. IBM supported the applications which feed the PO and reports to ODM. IBM team worked on a flexible solution to route documents to ODM, for co-existence (printer & ODM) and complete migration to ODM.

DELPHI separation project: DELPHI used share the GM indirect material portfolio. During separation of DELPHI IBM assisted for SAP set-up, convert data from mainframe to SAP and parallel run.

CIA: CIA is a development project for GM which enhanced the existing process of spare parts packaging. The spare parts availability search is made more real times, to improve the response to dealer and thus helping the cost comparison based on spare parts availability, shipping and the labor charges with the repairing cost.

GMWM: GMWM is GM's business intelligence application. This application is used to validate the warranty claim frequency and dollar values for spare parts dealers and thus helping business customers to rate the performance of dealers and understand the areas with scope of improvement.

GM SPO: GM SPO is a maintenance package containing application support for over 300 GM applications.
