Agile PLM Implementation-Smart Phone Approval (Mobile Browser Application)

Avago Technologies is in the business of providing a range of analog, mixed-signal and optoelectronic components to customers globally. Wipro implemented Agile PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) at all Avago Wireless Semiconductor Division sites. While implementing PLM there was a requirement of developing a mobile browser application for Agile PLM approval that can be executed from any Smartphone platform (i.e. Blackberry, iPhone or others). This application validates the logged in user against the LDAP associated with Agile server and then take the user to the approval screen. It also displays the list of all the approvals pending with the user.

• Alone drove the project as I was the only team member from ADF side.

GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) Suite is a newly launched suite of products built on the information security and management strength of Oracle's database and Oracle Fusion Middleware and provides customers worldwide with a foundation for sustainable, consistent and efficient risk and compliance management. This is independent of EBS, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel, Hyperion, and the other Oracle applications. It contains four different modules

We need to develop E-Biz 11510 connectors for Transactions Control Governance (TCG) module of Oracle

GRC Suite for O2C and P2P cycles for a particular client Bharti Airtel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Extensively studied each and every business object entity (i.e. Receipts, Invoices, Payments etc) of P2P and O2C cycle to get the functional understanding

• Identified base tables involve in the Business object entities and then created one to one mapping of each attribute for R12 V/S 11i. All these were the part of design phase.

• Developed dictionary, proxy, map and model owl files for the business objects using protégé tool in build phase

• Deployed the code and did the unit testing.

• Took the ownership of integration testing for all the objects developed by the team.

• Resolved the issues rose over unit testing and integration testing.

Uninor Postpaid implementation using AIA Comms 2.5.1

Unitech tied up with Telenor to launch Uninor for its telecom operations in India. A prepaid mobile service of UNINOR was already in market. To launch the post paid service, they planned to use AIA to provide the integration between different edge applications but later on that implementation went on hold.

OXXO is a biggest retail chain in Mexico. This was the first R12 Upgrade taken up by Wipro and was the first ever upgrade from 11.5.7. We covered 13 modules in this project i.e. AR, AP, GL, INV, PO, EAM, CE custom modules etc. The type of work in this project is related to database upgrade, customization mapping, functional setups, and new development for R12 etc.
