SUMMARY:
My experience as a project manager, estimator, and sales representative provides me with a unique set of skills developed over forty two years spent in many areas of the steel industry. I am confident that it is these many years of experiences in the steel market, which now enable me to fill the role of General Manager of Redd Roc Steel, Inc. As the originator and catalyst for the idea of Redd Roc Steel, Inc., I feel a great responsibility to direct its operations according to the standards that I have learned during ownership of my own company (eight years) and my employ with other successful companies.
I am certain that my abilities in sales, client services, project management, and estimation will grant success wherever my efforts are placed. I have also gained many contacts throughout the western United States, including: Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
• Estimated Industrial and Structural Jobs with regard to plate work, bins, hoppers, conveyers, ASME vessels, carbon columns, beams & columns and other miscellaneous areas.
• Estimated jobs for Erection and Fabrication including actual erection and needed man-hours.
• Responsible for bidding the Fabrication of the Structural Steel, type of equipment to be used, move-ins setup time, mobilization, and demobilization.
• Responsible for the erection of the Delta Multipurpose Center Steel, including coordinating activities of subcontractors.
• Estimated Steel Fabrication for Pressure Vessels, Conveyors, Bins, Hoppers, and Baghouse.
• Project Manager for change orders, print reviews, schedule of values and construction meetings.
• Sales Representative and Account Manager in the Fabrication of Structural Steel and Erection, which included many hours of negotiation and client services.
