2002-December 21, 2011: Cogeneration/Building Operator (control room operations), Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation. Operation and maintenance of a 10.5MW cogeneration plant, consisting of 6 Cummins QSV 91G (gas fired) engines, 6 - Eclipse supplemental natural gas burners (one for each boiler), 2 - 1000 ton York absorption chillers and 1 - 2000 ton Trane centrifugal chiller, including their ancillaries and auxiliaries; such as pumps, motors, cooling towers, condensers, TTI electrical switchgear, emergency diesel generators, expansion tanks, deaerator, heat exchangers, domestic hot water tanks, R.O., medical gasses, vacuum, lube oil and building automation systems. Six Clayton Waste Heat Recovery Boilers producing an aggregate 54,000 lbs per hour of steam and six Clayton skid pumps and boiler water treatment also fall within the shift engineers responsibility. Siemens Insight, Johnson Controls Metasys and Robert Shaw comprised the computer networks for cogeneration and building automation.

1995-1998: Building Manager Emerald Property Services. Manage and operate a 250,000 square feet class "A" building in the heart of Toronto. Responsibilities included supervision of outside contracts and contractors, boiler operations, water treatment, plumbing and electrical repairs.
1993-1994: Operations Manager Live Entertainment Inc. Manage building operations at the North York Performing Arts Centre. Manage 40 people and four departments.
